These are our favorite gluten-free dinner rolls. They have the most perfect texture: pillowy-soft and chewy. The crust is soft, just like with “regular” dinner rolls made from wheat flour. And they’re deliciously buttery with just the right balance of sweetness and saltiness.
Ingredients: Tapioca flour, sorghum, millet, coconut milk, cinnamon spice, butter, muscovado sugar, instant yeast, xanthan gum, icing sugar, milk, sea salt, and chickpeas water.
