Cinnamon Rolls (Keep in air tight container at all times)

  • 1-2 days in room temperature
  • 1 week in fridge
  • 1 month in freezer

Warm up for the best experience

Microwave:

Place rolls on microwave-safe plate. Cover with a damp kitchen tissue. Heat for 10-15 seconds on high. Add another 5 sec if needed.

Conventional Oven:

Preheat oven to 160C. Place room temperature rolls in baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Place in the middle rack. Warm roll for 10 - 15 min

Warm in the oven and let it cool before consumption

Warning: Never use a microwave to reheat them! It will lead to hard, dried out cookies, which is no fun for anyone.

Gluten Free Mochi Muffins

Store muffins airtight for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to 1 month in FREEZER. DO NOT put in the fridge.

They DO NOT need to thaw, just follow the directions for heating. They may need a little more time but should be good to go!

They should be reheated for max mochi experience, frozen or not.

Microwave:

Place on plate and heat for 15-20 seconds, test for “squishiness” and serve immediately.

Convection Oven:

Preheat to 160C, bake for 8-10 minutes, cool for 5-10 minutes for soft center and crispy edges.
