Guilt Free Food was founded by Joyce Chung after 27 recipe iterations to perfect a reduced sugar cinnamon roll that didn't taste like a compromise. Over 5 years, the range expanded to include gluten-free, zero sugar, and high protein low carb versions, all made with clean-label ingredients and no artificial additives. We were featured on CNA's The Long Game documentary in 2026. Our philosophy is simple: treats with benefits.

We are located at 308 Telok Kurau Road, #01-23, Vibes@East Coast, Singapore 423858. We are open Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday to Sunday, 8am to 2pm or while stocks last. Walk-ins are welcome. Preorder recommended to avoid disappointment.

We offer zero sugar and high protein, low carb cinnamon rolls that are specifically formulated to let people with diabetes enjoy a proper treat without the sugar spike. Yes, we offer gluten-free cinnamon rolls. The gluten-free version took years of development to perfect. We refused to launch it until the texture matched our original. Soft, fluffy, and genuinely delicious. Available in store at Vibes@East Coast and online.

Yes. We have fully vegan cinnamon rolls, egg-free, dairy-free, and made with clean plant-based ingredients. Vegan options are part of our inclusive treats range, which is designed so that everyone can enjoy the same treat regardless of their dietary lifestyle.

We offer both zero sugar and reduced sugar cinnamon rolls. Our zero sugar option contains no added sugar at all, while our reduced sugar version uses significantly less sugar than commercial cinnamon rolls. Both options are baked fresh using real, handpicked ingredients, no artificial sweeteners that compromise flavour or texture.

Yes. We developed a high protein, low carb cinnamon roll in response to growing demand from health-conscious customers and the fitness community. It delivers the same soft, fluffy texture GFF is known for — with a better nutritional profile. Part of our treats with benefits philosophy.

Our rolls should be kept in an air tight container for: 1-2 days at room temperature, OR a week in the fridge OR a month in the freezer.

Reheat in the microwave for 10-15s on high or toast them in the oven for 10-15 mins at 160C!

Yes self collection is at Vibes@ East Coast 308 Telok Kurau Road #01-23 Singapore 423858 (TEL - Brown Line at Marine Terrace, Exit 3) from 8 AM - 2 PM, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and the weekend.

You can also pick up at YH Studio at Beach Rd (Tues, 130-7PM) at an additional $5.
