{Updates} The limited edition Miso Kombu roll has officially converted to a permanent item in the menu. Packed with umami-rich ingredients. The layers are laced with organic white miso, kombu, shitake mushroom and butter. Homemade sweet miso glaze is then lightly brushed on the roll to balance the savory base. Finally, a lightly sprinkle of seaweed-infused sesame seeds for a finishing discernible crunch. Please note that this is NOT a cinnamon roll.

All purpose flour, butter, milk, premium organic white miso paste, vegetable seasoning, kombu, Shitake mushroom, cooking sake, mirin, sugar, yeast and sea salt

10" pan with 12-15 rolls (based on 10 servings to calculate nutrition per serving)
7" pan with 6 -8 rolls (based on 6 servings to calculate nutrition per serving)
