When I first started baking, my mum who has a mild diabetic situation, requested to have a "sugar-free" cinnamon roll. I tried experimenting with it but always ended up with bakes that were not fluffy or had a weird aftertaste.
In the last two years, the sugar industry has evolved quite substantially so that the zero-calorie replacement sugar is a lot more pleasant tasting and most importantly - NATURAL.
Finally, I AM SO THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE the launch of ZERO calorie sugar cinnamon rolls that are kinder to the community who are more sugar conscious. Plus, it is still fluffy as the regular sugar rolls. It is such a milestone for GFF and me. I am able to shout out loud that the bakes are truly guilt-free and my family can enjoy them thoroughly.
